1. Using MonVocab
MonVocab supports vocabulary study and reading comprehension. It does not issue qualifications or guarantee exam results. You may use it for personal learning under these terms and applicable rules. Users who cannot consent independently must obtain a parent or guardian's consent as required where they live.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Accounts are optional. If you create one, use an email address you are entitled to use, protect your password and do not impersonate others. Do not use the app for unauthorized access, disruption, malware or violations of other people's rights. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account use.
3. Content and permissions
Rights to the app's code, design and content remain with their respective owners. Using the app does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute assets or data without the appropriate permission; any separate third-party content licences remain applicable. Using the app does not transfer your rights in content you create to MonStudio.
4. Data and service limitations
Learning progress is currently stored on your device; signing in does not promise synchronization or recovery. Audio downloads and account features require internet access. Content may contain errors and services may be interrupted. Report errors and do not rely solely on learning content for important decisions. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
5. Changes, stopping use and contact
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling does not delete your server account; consult Delete account and the Privacy policy. Updated terms will be published here when features or conditions change. For MonVocab questions, contact [email protected].
