1. Request by email

From your registered email address, write to [email protected] with the subject “MonVocab - Account deletion request”. State that you want your MonVocab account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access the registered email, explain this so ownership verification can be discussed. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. The button above only drafts an email; it does not submit a request.

2. In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and read the confirmation. The current implementation disables the account and prevents further sign-in. This is not evidence that all server data has been permanently erased; use the email above to request data deletion.

3. Data covered by a request

A request can cover the name, email, authentication information, sessions and server data associated with your MonVocab account. Specify if you only want information or action on part of the data. Sending an email does not automatically delete anything; the request must be received and account ownership checked.

4. Device data and backups

Deleting a server account does not mean deleting learning progress, cards, settings or avatars stored on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data handles local data according to the operating system. You manage iCloud/Google backups separately. Consider this carefully because local learning progress may not be recoverable.

5. Processing and retention

This page does not yet publish a verified server or backup deletion deadline. In your request, ask for confirmation of the scope, processing time and any data that must be retained. Inability to sign in does not confirm that deletion is complete. Contact [email protected] to follow up.
