1. Contact support
Email [email protected] with MonVocab in the subject. Include the app version, device, iOS/Android version, steps to reproduce and expected behavior. You may attach screenshots after hiding private information. The button above opens your email app; you must send the message yourself.
2. Pronunciation audio is unavailable
Check volume and internet access to download audio not yet on your device. Try again with a stable connection. Cached audio works offline, but your operating system may clear the cache. If only one word or reading fails, include its name in your support message.
3. Registration or sign-in
Check your email, password and connection. Learning features do not require sign-in. If your account was disabled through account deletion, contact support rather than repeatedly trying to sign in. Never email passwords, verification codes or session information.
4. Progress and local data
Progress is stored on your device; an account does not currently guarantee cloud backup. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a troubleshooting step if you need to keep your progress. If data was lost, explain what happened; support cannot promise recovery of data that existed only on your device.
5. Privacy and account deletion
The links below lead to MonVocab-specific policies and deletion instructions. You can request account deletion by email without reinstalling the app. This website has no form requesting passwords and no automatic data-deletion button.
